Montr\u00e9al, le 27\u00a0avril\u00a02023 \u2013<\/strong> La Fondation Al\u00e9o a renouvel\u00e9 sa confiance envers 14\u00a0athl\u00e8tes inspirant\u00b7e\u00b7s en leur octroyant des bourses de 2000\u00a0$ \u00e0 3000\u00a0$ pour un total de 41\u00a0000\u00a0$ dans le cadre de la 16e\u00a0\u00e9dition du Programme de bourses Loto-Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n

Le but principal du Programme de bourses Loto-Qu\u00e9bec est de reconna\u00eetre annuellement les r\u00e9alisations d\u2019athl\u00e8tes ayant une limitation physique ou sensorielle. La Fondation Al\u00e9o g\u00e8re le programme, en collaboration avec des organismes qui encadrent les para-athl\u00e8tes. En 2023, Parasports Qu\u00e9bec, Ski de fond Qu\u00e9bec, Hockey Qu\u00e9bec, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de natation du Qu\u00e9bec, l\u2019Association qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise de sports pour paralytiques c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, Ski Qu\u00e9bec alpin, Badminton Qu\u00e9bec et Tennis de table Qu\u00e9bec collaborent \u00e0 nouveau au programme.<\/p>\n

Les quatorze r\u00e9cipiendaires de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re sont tous soutenu\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 nouveau par Al\u00e9o et Loto-Qu\u00e9bec. Rappelons que quatre ont particip\u00e9 aux Jeux paralympiques de Tokyo et de P\u00e9kin, soit Sandrine\u00a0B\u00e9rub\u00e9<\/strong> en basketball en fauteuil roulant, Lyne-Marie\u00a0Bilodeau<\/strong> en ski paranordique, Alexis\u00a0Guimond<\/strong> en ski para-alpin et Danielle\u00a0Kisser<\/strong> en paranatation.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs ancien\u00b7ne\u00b7s athl\u00e8tes du Programme de bourses Loto-Qu\u00e9bec ont laiss\u00e9 leur marque au niveau international, dont Philippe\u00a0B\u00e9dard<\/strong> en tennis en fauteuil roulant, notre ambassadeur Charles\u00a0Moreau<\/strong>, Mark\u00a0Beggs<\/strong> while Marie-Claude\u00a0Molnar<\/strong> en paracyclisme, Marco\u00a0Dispaltro<\/strong> en boccia, Val\u00e9rie\u00a0Grand\u2019Maison<\/strong> en paranatation, Dominic\u00a0Larocque<\/strong> while Antoine\u00a0Lehoux<\/strong> en parahockey de m\u00eame que Maude Jacques<\/strong>, Rosalie\u00a0Lalonde<\/strong> while Cindy\u00a0Ouellet<\/strong> en basketball en fauteuil roulant.<\/p>\n

Notre programme de bourses a fait ses preuves par le pass\u00e9, encourageant ses r\u00e9cipiendaires \u00e0 atteindre, voire \u00e0 d\u00e9passer leurs objectifs. Nos boursi\u00e8res et boursiers peuvent, sans l\u2019ombre d\u2019un doute, se targuer d\u2019accomplir de belles et grandes choses. New name, new image, same mission!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Foundation for Athletic Excellence (FAEQ) has adopted a new name and visual identity: AL\u00c9O \u2013 Propelling the athlete beyond sport<\/strong>. This change aims to further highlight its personalized approach where overall well-being<\/strong> while Well-being in performance<\/strong> its scholarship holders are at the center of its actions.<\/p>\n

In addition to continuing its provision of scholarships and support services to tomorrow's leaders, it confirms its personalized approach, focusing on the overall well-being and development of its scholarship recipients in their performance.<\/p>\n
