Montr\u00e9al, 19 mars 2024 \u2013<\/b> La 32balancing<\/sup> \u00e9dition du Programme de bourses Banque Nationale de la Fondation Al\u00e9o a soulign\u00e9 le parcours de 22 \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s-athl\u00e8tes en leur remettant une valeur totale de 100 000 $ en bourses et services.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9cipiendaires, issus de 18 sports diff\u00e9rents, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis \u00e0 la Maison du Loisir et du Sport, le quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la grande majorit\u00e9 des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, pour la remise officielle des bourses. Chacune de ces bourses offre d\u2019ailleurs beaucoup plus que son montant, puisqu\u2019elle est accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 vie \u00e0 tous les services de la Fondation Al\u00e9o.<\/p>\n

In the presence of Patrick Charlebois<\/b>, qui est conseiller principal en gestion de patrimoine et gestionnaire de portefeuille \u00e0 la Banque Nationale et ultra-marathonien, les jeunes de la cohorte 2024 ont vu leurs accomplissements sportifs ainsi que leurs r\u00e9ussites acad\u00e9miques \u00eatre mis en lumi\u00e8re. Cet honneur contribuera \u00e0 les propulser vers un avenir brillant sur la sc\u00e8ne sportive et ensuite, au-del\u00e0 du sport.Plusieurs des 421 \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s-athl\u00e8tes appuy\u00e9.e.s par la Banque Nationale au fil des ans, se sont particuli\u00e8rement illustr\u00e9s sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale, notamment Mika\u00ebl Kingsbury<\/b>, triple m\u00e9daill\u00e9 olympique et multiple champion du monde, de m\u00eame que plusieurs m\u00e9daill\u00e9s olympiques dont Jennifer Abel<\/b>, Catherine Beauchemin-Pinard<\/b> while Marianne St-Gelais<\/b>, ainsi que le grand joueur de tennis F\u00e9lix Auger-Aliassime<\/b>, le cycliste entre autres gagnant d\u2019une \u00e9tape du Tour de France, Hugo Houle<\/b>, et encore bien d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n

The Fondation Al\u00e9o and National Bank Invest in the Aspirations of 22 Young People<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Montreal, March 19, 2024 \u2013<\/b> For its 32nd edition, the National Bank Bursary Program in partnership with the Fondation Al\u00e9o supported 22 student-athletes by awarding a total of $100,000 in bursaries and services.<\/p>\n

The Maison du Loisir et du Sport, which houses the offices of many Quebec sports federations, welcomed these honorees representing 18 different sports for the official bursary ceremony. Each bursary is worth much more than its monetary amount, since it includes lifetime access to all the services offered by the Fondation Al\u00e9o.<\/p>\n

In the presence of Patrick Charlebois<\/b>, Senior Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager at National Bank, who is also an accomplished marathoner, the 2024 bursary recipients were commended for their athletic and academic achievements. This honour will help propel them to a brilliant future in the athletic world and beyond.<\/p>\n

Many of the 421 student athletes who have been supported by National Bank over the years have achieved impressive international success, including Mika\u00ebl Kingsbury<\/b>, a three-time Olympic medalist who won the freestyle skiing world cup multiple times, as well as several other Olympic medallists such as Jennifer Abel<\/b>, Catherine Beauchemin-Pinard<\/b>, Marianne St-Gelais<\/b>, tennis star F\u00e9lix Auger-Aliassime<\/b> y ciclista Hugo Houle<\/b>, who won a stage of the Tour de France.<\/p>\n
