Montr\u00e9al, le 30 avril 2026 \u2013<\/b> Alli\u00e9e de la Fondation Al\u00e9o depuis pr\u00e8s de deux d\u00e9cennies, Loto-Qu\u00e9bec a une fois de plus soulign\u00e9 son engagement en soutenant 13 para-athl\u00e8tes, qui ont re\u00e7u 52 000 $ en bourses, toujours accompagn\u00e9es des services offerts \u00e0 vie par la Fondation Al\u00e9o. Rassembl\u00e9s au Centre Claude-Robillard, en plein D\u00e9fi sportif AlterGo, athl\u00e8tes et repr\u00e9sentants ont fait briller le parasport de tous ses feux pour cette remise de bourses unique.<\/p>\n

Par les bourses qu\u2019elle remet, Loto-Qu\u00e9bec reconna\u00eet annuellement les r\u00e9alisations exceptionnelles d\u2019athl\u00e8tes ayant une limitation physique ou sensorielle exclusivement. Des diff\u00e9rences sublim\u00e9es en forces uniques pour chacun de ces r\u00e9cipiendaires. Cette ann\u00e9e, des athl\u00e8tes de para-athl\u00e9tisme, tennis en fauteuil roulant, ski paranordique, parahockey, basketball en fauteuil roulant, ski para-alpin, rugby en fauteuil roulant, golf, boccia et parabadminton ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en lumi\u00e8re et encourag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Publicit\u00e9 cibl\u00e9e<\/b><\/p>\n

Dans le m\u00eame esprit de souligner l\u2019importance du parasport dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, Loto-Qu\u00e9bec a diffus\u00e9 une publicit\u00e9 pendant les Jeux olympiques. Celle-ci soulignait magnifiquement l\u2019apport majeur de la pratique sportive dans les parcours pour les gens avec une limitation. Loto-Qu\u00e9bec y \u00e9voquait \u00e9galement les contributions de deux organismes qui soutiennent les para-athl\u00e8tes, AlterGo et la Fondation Al\u00e9o. Une alliance et une mention empreinte de tr\u00e8s grande fiert\u00e9 pour la Fondation Al\u00e9o.<\/p>\n

About the Al\u00e9o Foundation<\/b><\/p>\n

The Al\u00e9o Foundation's mission is to maximize the full potential of as many outstanding student-athletes as possible, from all backgrounds, to generate significant and lasting impact. Established in 1985, it has awarded over $25 million in scholarships to more than 5,000 student-athletes from across Quebec. In addition to these scholarships, there is an essential component of lifelong services provided to all recipients during and after their athletic and academic journeys. Loto-Qu\u00e9bec x Al\u00e9o Foundation Scholarship Program: Highlighting the Power of Diversity<\/h1>\n

Montreal, April 30, 2026 \u2013<\/b> A partner of the Al\u00e9o Foundation for nearly two decades, Loto-Qu\u00e9bec has once again demonstrated its commitment by supporting 13 para-athletes, who received $52,000 in grants, along with the lifetime services provided by the Al\u00e9o Foundation. Gathered at the Centre Claude-Robillard during the D\u00e9fi sportif AlterGo, athletes and representatives showcased para-sports in all its glory for this unique scholarship presentation.<\/p>\n

Through the scholarships it awards, Loto-Qu\u00e9bec annually recognizes the exceptional achievements of athletes with physical or sensory disabilities exclusively. Differences that have been transformed into unique strengths for each of these recipients. This year, athletes in para-athletics, wheelchair tennis, para-Nordic skiing, para-hockey, wheelchair basketball, para-alpine skiing, wheelchair rugby, golf, boccia, and para-badminton were highlighted and encouraged.<\/p>\n

Targeted advertising<\/b><\/p>\n

In the same spirit of highlighting the importance of para-sports in our society, Loto-Qu\u00e9bec aired a commercial during the Olympic Games. The commercial beautifully highlighted the significant role that sports play in the lives of people with disabilities. Loto-Qu\u00e9bec also highlighted the contributions of two organizations that support para-athletes: AlterGo and the Al\u00e9o Foundation. This partnership and recognition were a source of great pride for the Al\u00e9o Foundation.<\/p>\n
