Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Social Media Creator/Strategist will be responsible for all social media and visual content creation for the Foundation. This role involves close collaboration with colleagues from all departments, scholarship recipients, and partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- In collaboration with colleagues from the communications department, establish the social media strategy and planning.;
- Content creation (Aléo Foundation, discounts/events, Aléo Research Chair, etc.);
- Daily management of all social media platforms;
- Community management;
- Data and results analysis;
- Monitor social trends.
Skills sought
- Bachelor's degree in digital media communications, digital technologies, social media, or artificial intelligence, or equivalent experience.;
- Knowledge and interest in the Quebec sports scene (federations, RSEQ, student-athlete path);
- Great creativity and boldness;
- Sharp artistic sense;
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills;
- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an asset.

- Full-time position;
- Hybrid work, in-person two days per week at the Maison du loisir et du sport; and during the various Aléo Foundation events.;
