The program
The Aléo Foundation, in partnership with the McCall MacBain Foundation, is launching a brand new program specifically focused on leadership development! In addition to 4000$ scholarships who will contribute to covering part of the costs associated with practicing a high-level sport and university studies, the program includes individual sessions as well as Group meetings with leadership training experts.
This program is for student-athletes Quebec Student Sports Network at the level academic, including student-athletes from another province who are pursuing their studies at a Quebec institution. These students share a strong desire to balance their studies and their sport, while developing their leadership skills.

This program is intended for student-athletes in the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec (RSEQ) participating at the university level. It also includes student-athletes from other provinces who are studying at a Quebec institution. These students share a strong desire to balance their academic pursuits and athletic endeavors while developing their leadership skills.

Eligibility:
To be admissible to the shutters academic and sports of the RSEQ in Fall 2026.
(From the lot, of the studente.s-Athletes from another province who are pursuing their studies at a Quebec institution will be considered.

Far beyond a scholarship
Leadership program scholars will embark together on a journey that will lead them to three in-person meetings (at the beginning of the fall semester, at the beginning of December, and after the winter session). This journey will involve idea exchanges, group meetings with experts, experience sharing, networking, and individual calls. A logbook will also need to be kept to document each scholar's journey.
Far beyond a scholarship, the McCall MacBain | Aléo Leadership program will have a lasting impact on scholars and their respective communities!
