Campaign
The fundraising campaign "Générations d'impact" was launched as part of thebalancing of the Aléo Foundation.
"Générations d'impact" refers, on the one hand, to the various generations of scholarship recipients who have made an impact in their communities and in Quebec society since 1985. On the other hand, it also refers to the effort to create an impact by contributing to the success of the Aléo Foundation.
GOAL: 6 million $ over 3 years
Why the Aléo Foundation?
Investing at the Aléo Foundation contributes to creating the next generations of impactand makes a lasting, tangible difference while provoking the rise of new philanthropists who will give back through circular philanthropy!
Circular philanthropyMO
A movement of generosity that initiates a philanthropic culture among recipients from their very first scholarship through various non-monetary acts of sharing, and eventually leads them to reverse roles to financially give back to the movement to fuel the revenue-generating cycle for the benefit of the student-athletes who succeed them. It's a virtuous cycle!
In addition to scholarships, the Aléo Foundation deploys lifelong services to each of the scholarship recipients. These services are offered to them during and after their athletic and academic careers, at any time or transition in their lives.
Felix Dolci, gymnast, an Olympian at the Paris 2024 Games, and a scholarship recipient since 2015, is the proud spokesperson for the Generations of Impact campaign. Félix was crowned champion of the all-around and floor exercise at the 2023 Pan American Games, becoming the first Canadian in 60 years to win this title. Previously, in 2019, he was also crowned junior world champion on the rings.
