Montreal, August 18, 2025 – CF Montréal and the Aléo Foundation awarded four scholarships to highly talented young soccer players during the game on Saturday, August 16, at Saputo Stadium, totaling 10,000 $ in scholarships and services for these student-athletes.student-athletes.
Through this tangible encouragement for the four young recipients, the Montreal club is thus continuing its commitment to the next generation of Quebec athletes.
The female players Charlotte Baptista and Malorie Tremblay as well as the players Gabriel Hoffmeister Pandolfo and Josh-Duc Nteziryayo were invited to the center of the pitch at Stade Saputo. They received their scholarship from the hands of the president and CEO of CF Montreal, Gabriel Gervais, and Marie-Eve Desrochers, Director of Philanthropic Development at the Aléo Foundation.

Charlotte Baptista
1st CF Montreal and Aléo Foundation Bursary
16 years old – Montreal (Pierrefonds-Roxboro)
2000 $
Plays as a midfielder with the CF Montreal Academy.
Selected for the Soccer Québec team (top 18 in Québec).
She is in her fourth year of secondary school at the Collège de Montréal.
Gabriel Hoffmeister Pandolfo
1st CF Montreal and Aléo Foundation Bursary
16 years old – Saint-Basile-le-Grand
2000 $
Develops as a goalkeeper with the CF Montréal Academy.
Semi-finalist at the 2025 Generation Adidas Cup, and participated in the Canada U-17 selection camp in May in Poland.
He is in Grade 11 at Collège Reine-Marie.
Josh-Duc Nteziryayo
1st CF Montreal and Aléo Foundation Bursary
16 years old – Mascouche
2000 $
Develop as a defender with the CF Montreal Academy.
Studies in Secondary V at Collège Reine-Marie.
He would like to pursue studies in medicine.
Malorie Tremblay
1st CF Montreal and Aléo Foundation Bursary
17 years old – St-Bruno-de-Montarville
2000 $
Plays as a defensive midfielder with the CF Montreal Academy.
She and her team aim to finish at the top of the League 1 standings and win the Canadian Championships.
She completed her 5th year of secondary school at École secondaire de Mortagne.
About CF Montréal
Founded in 1992 and having completed its first season in 1993, CF Montréal is a professional soccer club playing in MLS since 2012. It has won the Canadian Championship five times (2008, 2013, 2014, 2019, 2021) and notably reached the final of the CONCACAF Champions League in 2015, as well as the quarterfinals in 2009 and 2022. CF Montréal plays its home matches at Stade Saputo, a soccer-specific stadium with a capacity of 19,619.
In 2010, the organization established the CF Montreal Academy, a soccer player training center with over 100 male and female players. CF Montreal was the first professional club in North America to offer a sports-study program. The club's development structure also includes the U13 and U14 Pre-Academy teams. The Partner Club Network (CIP) and regional programs also allow the club to reach nearly 1,000 additional players aged U8 to U12. The women's program was introduced to the club's Academy on May 31, 2023.
Through the Montreal Impact Foundation, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2023, CF Montreal is deeply committed to the community. Its mission is to organize and support activities aimed at improving the quality of life for children and families from vulnerable backgrounds. Specifically, it provides sports facilities to promote physical activity and social integration.

The Aléo Foundation's mission is to maximize the full potential of as many outstanding student-athletes from all backgrounds as possible, in order to generate a significant and lasting impact. Created in 1985, it has awarded over $25 million in scholarships to more than 5,000 student-athletes from across Quebec. In addition to these scholarships, there is the essential component of services provided for life to all recipients during and after their athletic and academic careers.
