The Foundation for Athletic Excellence and 14 of its partners: 150,000 $ in scholarships awarded to 47 outstanding student-athletes
Montreal, May 27, 2022 – The Fondation de l'athlète d'excellence (FAEQ) and 14 of its generous partners were able to award a total last night of 150 000 $ in individual grants ranging from 1,500 $ to 4,000 $ to 47 outstanding and inspiring student-athletes from across Quebec aged 15 to 29.
FAEQ is proud to continue its sponsorship program and thanks its following partners: Aquam, the Beauchesne Family, Fiera Real Estate, the Bruny Surin Foundation, the Gilles Chatel Foundation, MTY Group, Hatch, Ivanhoé Cambridge, Lussier, Nestlé Health Science, alumni Marianne St-Gelais and Charles-Antoine Sinotte, Parasports Québec, RNC Media, and Ted Rogers Community Grants.
After more than two very difficult years, during which they had to constantly adapt in their studies and athletic practice, the young student-athletes supported yesterday receive more than financial support. They also obtain encouragement and guidance to stay engaged and motivated for the next steps of their journey.
